How to Submit

Authors who wish to submit their manuscript to Annabawi: Islamic Education Management Journal (IEMJ) must follow the online submission process provided by our journal system. Please read and comply with the Author Guidelines before submitting your article.

Step-by-Step Submission Process:

1. Register an Account

   • Go to our journal website: [About the Journal | Annabawi : Islamic Education Management Journal (IEMJ)]

   • Click “Register” on the top navigation menu.

   • Complete the registration form with your full name, email, affiliation, and ORCID ID (if available).

2. Login to the System

   • After registering, click “Login” to access your author dashboard.

3. Start a New Submission

   • Click “New Submission” and follow the five-step submission process:

     • Step 1: Start – select the journal section (e.g., Article), agree to submission checklist

     • Step 2: Upload Submission – upload your manuscript file in .doc/.docx format

     • Step 3: Enter Metadata – fill in the manuscript title, abstract, keywords, and author details

     • Step 4: Upload Supplementary Files – optional (e.g., data sets, figures, copyright form)

     • Step 5: Confirmation – confirm and finish your submission

4. Track Submission Progress

   • You will be able to monitor the status of your submission through your dashboard:

     • Under Review

     • Revisions Requested

     • Accepted / Rejected

     • In Copyediting or Production

5. Communication

   • All correspondence regarding the peer-review, revision process, and final decision will be conducted through the online system and via email.

Additional Notes:

• There is no submission fee or publication charge for this journal.

• Manuscripts that do not follow the formatting guidelines may be returned for revision before being sent for review.
